Shipping Details

We will send you a ‘Ready to Ship’ message 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.After the order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your luxury watch as it is shipped to your doorstep.

Shipping Methods

We use international courier services for all our deliveries, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. to ensure that your item arrives safely and on time. Shipping Costs

Starburstwatches offers subsidised postage on some items to ensure that our stock turns over faster, but you will still be responsible for a small portion of the shipping costs. However, Starburstwatches occasionally offers free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out for such offers.

Packaging

Rest assured that all of our watches are carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition. Each watch comes in its own box before being placed in a protective shipping case.

Addressing accuracy issues

Ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or incorrect deliveries. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Delivery Acceptance

It is important that you are present to receive your luxury watch when it arrives. If there is no one at the specified address to receive it during delivery, the courier may leave a delivery notice or make a new delivery attempt.

Order cancellations and amendments
