Starburstwatches is committed to providing you with high quality luxury watches and an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is our return policy:

Return Period

We offer returns within 14 days of receipt and most items follow our general return and refund policy.

Return conditions

Items must be in new, unused, unworn and unopened condition.
All tags, packaging and accessories must be intact and returned with the merchandise.
We will only replace products that have manufacturing defects, breaks or scratches at the time of purchase.
You will be asked to provide an invoice number and a brief description when returning the item.

Return Procedure

Please submit a return request via our customer service email within the return period, providing your order number, reason for return and relevant photos (e.g. of damaged or defective items).
Our customer service team will contact you within 1-3 working days to confirm the return details and provide you with the return address.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and it is recommended that you choose a courier service with a tracking number to ensure the safe delivery of your item.
If the item was sent to a different city, then we will offer an exchange and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item and confirming that it is eligible for return.
Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deduction of shipping costs (where applicable) and other processing fees.
